Gatefold Documentation 1.1

Credits & Licences

Third-Party Software

Gatefold ships with the four components below. Each keeps its own licence and its own copyright holder: the scripts carry their licence notice at the top of the file, and Inter's licence file sits beside the fonts. The versions here are the ones actually bundled in this release.

Bundled with the template

Component Version Licence Author
GSAP 3.13.0 Standard “No Charge” GSAP License
modified 30 May 2025
Webflow
Swiper 11.1.4 MIT Vladimir Kharlampidi
Lenis 1.1.20 MIT darkroom.engineering
Lucide 0.577.0 ISC Lucide Contributors
Inter — SIL OFL 1.1 The Inter Project Authors

GSAP is the core file only — Gatefold uses no GSAP plugins. Inter is self-hosted in assets/fonts/inter/, variable, upright and italic, with its licence file beside the font files. That file is a condition of the licence and has to stay in place.

GSAP is the one component here that is not under a permissive open-source licence. Webflow licenses it directly to any person or entity for use on any website or web application, so receiving a copy of Gatefold carries that right on its own — but the banner comment at the top of assets/js/gsap.js is a required proprietary notice and must not be removed or altered, including by a minifier during a build. Terms: gsap.com/standard-license.

These run this documentation site. They are not part of the template you deploy.

The Template Itself

Everything outside the tables above — the markup, the stylesheet, the three modules in assets/js/, and this documentation — is the work of Celestial Themes.

Licence

Gatefold is released under the MIT License. Use it for anything — personal or commercial — modify it, redistribute it, sell what you build with it. The one condition is that the copyright notice travels with copies of the template itself. The full text ships as LICENSE in the template root.

The MIT licence covers Celestial Themes' own work: the two HTML pages, the stylesheet and its Sass sources, the three modules in assets/js/, and this documentation. It does not extend to the bundled third-party components above — each of those keeps its own licence.

Demo photography

The images in assets/images/demo/portfolio/ are placeholders, sized and named so the layout works the moment you open index.html. Swap them file for file with your own work.

The photographs shown in the live demo are from Unsplash. They are not included in this download, and nothing in the licence above grants any right to them.
